Credit Suisse
Credit Suisse
has appointed Anders Mattsson as managing director and head of
Northern and Western Europe Luxembourg.
Based in Luxembourg, Mattsson reports to Emma Crystal, head of
international wealth management Northern and Western
Europe.
He will also form part of the senior management team in
Luxembourg, reporting to Stéphane Herrmann, chief executive of
Credit Suisse (Luxembourg).
In this new role, Mattsson will focus on driving and further
developing the strategy from a Luxembourg perspective,
specifically with regard to Northern and Western European
markets.
Mattsson has more than 20 years of experience in the financial
industry. He joins Credit Suisse from Deutsche Bank, where most
recently he was in charge of the Nordics desk in
Luxembourg.
European Wealth Group
European
Wealth Group, the UK-headquartered wealth management firm,
has appointed Jonathan Freeman as a non-executive director.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial
services. His most recent previous roles include being a director
of Hume Capital Securities and the chief executive of Syndicate
Asset Management. Freeman is the non-executive chairman of
PhotonStar LED Group, the senior independent director of Futura
Medical and non-executive director of Braveheart Investment
Group.
Hermes Investment Management
Hermes
Investment Management has appointed Ingrid Holmes and Kate
Fowler as associate director and analyst, respectively, in its
responsibility office.
Holmes is responsible for developing and overseeing the
businesses policy and advocacy programme and will report into
Leon Kamhi, head of the responsibility office. She joins from
E3G, where she was a director.
Fowler is responsible for supporting the development of
Hermes’ internal policy, external advocacy positions and
consultation response. Prior to Hermes, Fowler was a member of
the projects and operations team at A Blueprint for Better
Business. She will report into Holmes.
Allianz Global Investors
Allianz
Global Investors has appointed Gavin Counsell as senior
portfolio manager within the multi asset team, effective 13
August.
Counsell will be based in the London office and will
report to Matthias Mueller, chief investment officer
of multi asset active allocation. Within this role,
he will be responsible for the portfolio management of multi
asset funds and the overall performance responsibility for UK
multi asset portfolios.
He joins from Aviva Investors, where he was lead fund
manager across a range of multi-asset funds.
