Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? - Renaissance Capital

The latest senior moves in wealth management and legal services across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Renaissance Capital, an emerging and frontier markets investment bank, is adding five members to its team: Ravil Miftyakhetdinov, business development director; Nikolay Shakarov, investments and advisory director; and Anton Shkurovich, structured product sales. It has also named two vice presidents, private clients managers – Vasilii Belokryletskii and Dmitrii Kotegov.

All joiners will be based in Moscow where they will report to Grigory Sedov, global head of private clients and head of distribution, Russia & CIS.

“Despite market turbulence globally, we see steady demand from clients, particularly HNWIs, looking to get exposure to many emerging market and frontier market asset classes,” Sedov said.

Miftyakhetdinov is joining from Aton, where his most recent role was partner, head of high net worth individuals and head of its external management platform.

Shakarov is also joining from Aton Investment Management, where he was deputy head of private clients.

Shkurovich is joining from Bank Otkritie, where he was managing director, structured products with a focus on new client origination and structuring transactions such as mezzanine and shareholder financing.

Belokryletskii is joining from Yekaterinburg, where he was head of business development and co-owner of a start-up, STIPS FinTech. Kotegov, was most recently a portfolio manager at an ultra-high net worth family office, based in Yekaterinburg, and CEO and co-owner of STIPS FinTech.
