What's New In Investments, Funds? – WisdomTree, Nordea

The latest news in investment offerings, financial products and other services relative to wealth advisors and their clients.

WisdomTree
WisdomTree has expanded its flagship Quality Dividend Growth range with euro and sterling currency-hedged share classes for one of its exchange-traded funds.

The ETF – WisdomTree US Quality Dividend Growth UCITS ETF – is listed on the London Stock Exchange, Borse Xetra and Borsa Italiana.

The sterling and euro versions of the ETF carry total expense ratios of 0.35 per cent.

The ETF captures returns from dividend paying companies with the best-combined rank of earnings' growth, return on equity and return on assets within an ESG-filtered universe of companies with sustainable dividend policies.

Since its inception in June 2016, the WisdomTree US Quality Dividend Growth UCITS ETF has returned 13.12 per cent on an annualised basis. It has beaten the S&P 500 over the period with lower volatility, the firm said.

In March 2023, WisdomTree also launched euro and sterling currency-hedged share classes for the $767 million WisdomTree Global Quality Dividend Growth UCITS ETF.

Nordea Asset Management
Nordea Asset Management has adjusted the set-up and name of one of its funds: Nordea 1 – Global Gender Diversity Fund. The entity is now called Nordea 1 – Global Diversity Engagement Fund.

The move aligns with NAM's involvement as a cofounder in the Diversity Project Europe, a cross-border and cross-company initiative to make the European asset management sector more inclusive, taking it beyond just gender representation, NAM said.

By extending the global equity strategy’s investment universe to include additional diversity and inclusion factors, NAM said it wants to capture a broader range of companies in the early stages of D&I development.

NAM said that helping companies accelerate the adoption of D&I practices can unlock long-term value because investors will increasingly reward companies that show ESG practices.
