Invesco has launched
its European Upper Middle Market Income Fund.
The new private credit fund aims to deliver high income by
investing in a diversified portfolio of European upper middle
market, senior secured corporate loans.
Invesco’s European private credit team, led by Michael Craig,
head of European senior loans, manage the fund, which has an
evergreen strategy and is offered under the European Long-Term
Investment Fund (ELTIF) 2.0 regulation.
The ELTIF structure is designed to give retail/affluent investors
wider access to illiquid private assets, while adhering to strict
diversification, liquidity and investor protection rules. The
fund offers a monthly subscription with quarterly redemptions.
