What's New In Investments, Funds? – Clearstream, Carlyle

The latest news in investment offerings, financial products and other services relevant to wealth advisors and their clients.
Clearstream, the
post-trade arm of Deutsche Börse Group, is collaborating with
investment firm Carlyle to extend Carlyle’s
open-ended private markets strategies to a broader base of wealth
management clients.
The partnership aims to use Clearstream Fund Services’
established distribution infrastructure.
The move is yet another example of how widening access to private
market assets for HNW and mass-affluent clients remains a
powerful trend in the wealth sector. (See associated articles

The alliance provides Carlyle with access to Clearstream’s
network of more than 300 distribution partners, with
representation across Switzerland, Germany, and the Asia-Pacific
region.
Clearstream supports nearly €4 trillion (around $4.3 trillion) in
traditional fund assets and €300 billion in private and
alternative funds under custody. Its end-to-end private markets
offering spans order routing, settlement, asset servicing, and
distribution oversight.
