Wealth Recruiters Build Transatlantic Alliance

The firms said that client requests had prompted the idea to collaborate more extensively.

A transatlantic recruitment business alliance has been formed by wealth and investment management firms Carpenter Farraday and Norgay Partners.

Carpenter Farraday, based in London and Norgay Partners, based in New York and Los Angeles, recently unveiled their alliance, which they said was prompted by rising requests from clients for recruitment coverage outside Europe (Carpenter Farraday’s clients) and outside the US (Norgay Partner’s clients).

The organizations said that while most global search firms focus on senior-level appointments, these businesses help to hire team members from senior to junior roles.

“Carpenter Farraday have been working in depth with Norgay Partners, and are excited at the success achieved, and the strong reaction from our clients," Simon Nixon, managing director Carpenter Farraday, said.

“In establishing this partnership, we bring together two teams that have a collaborative and holistic approach to recruiting, along with a single-minded focus on finding the best candidates for each of our clients’ unique culture and specific needs," Mary Gay Townsend, managing partner at Norgay Partners, said.
