North Carolina-headquartered Oakbrook Solutions, the wealth management and retirement services technology firm, has appointed Chris Martinez as a managing consultant. 

Martinez brings over 18 years of senior management experience to the role, the last 15 of which were with wealth management firms such as The PrivateBank, Wilmington Trust, Bingham Legg Advisers and Webster Management Group.

In his new role he will be responsible for expanding Oakbrook's software and consulting services offering and establishing client relationships. He is based in Chicago.

Oakbrook Solutions, through its wealth management consulting platform, WealthWorx, provides business assessment and optimization, advice on starting a trust firm, retirement services strategies and other business process management services.
