The corporate services specialist extends its UK offering under rebranded Vistra UK.

Global corporate services provider Vistra has completed the rebranding of London Legalisation Services (LLS), the London-based legal and consular services firm it purchased in 2015.

Derek Kemp its regional MD said that completing the integration has broadened UK operations into a “one-stop solution,” aided by Vistra’s corporate law firepower and reach across 45 jurisdictions.

The rebranded entity called Vistra UK will offer tailored services to individuals and corporates, from legal document compliance to helping UK or international companies set up local businesses or expand overseas. The service will also provide fund administration for alternative investments, and personal and family wealth management, Hong Kong-based Vistra said.

LLS was founded in 2012 and mainly serves international law firm clients and corporate service providers.
