Vestmark Takes Wealth Management Platform To Bank Trusts

Vestmark, the wealth management technology provider, is making its VestmarkONE platform available for bank trusts, with connectivity to the major trust accounting platforms including SEI, Metavante and SunGard.

VestmarkONE provides a range of advisory options for “the entire client relationship,” according to the firm, including discretionary and non-discretionary accounts, trust accounts, retirement accounts and accounts held away. Advisory options included in the platform are advisor as portfolio manager, unified managed accounts, unified managed households, mutual fund and ETF advisory, and separately managed accounts.

The platform also has built-in pre-trade compliance checks and tax management decision-making for each order placed, and allows “flexibility” in assigning decision-making authority throughout the investment process, including at the asset allocation, security selection, product and manager selection and trade execution stages, according to Vestmark.

The wealth management program is designed to integrate portfolio management and construction for client-facing investment managers with that of centralized investment teams and third parties.

"VestmarkONE enables client-facing investment managers to fully participate in the investment process while leveraging the expertise of centralized teams and third party portfolio management," said John Lunny, chief executive of the technology provider.
