Advent Software, the US-based financial software company, has entered a business alliance with RedBlack Software, which produces portfolio rebalancing software for investment firms.

The firms have completed their integration of the Advent Portfolio Exchange and Axys platforms with RedBlack's portfolio rebalancing systems.

Advent Portfolio Exchange is a portfolio management service that integrates the front-office functions of prospecting, marketing, and customer relationship management with the back-office operations of portfolio accounting and reporting. Axys is Advent's turnkey portfolio accounting and reporting solution.
