US Trust has appointed Kim Garcia national head of financial planning succeeding Robert Stolar who moves to a new post as head of UST Consulting Group. Ms Garcia was managing director and division president of US Trust's Greensboro, North Carolina office. Steven Frost, who was managing director and head of a US Trust regional private-banking division succeeds her in that role. US Trust is part of the Charles Schwab wealth-management business.
