US Technology Firm Enhances Financial Advisor Client Support Platform

Geneos Wealth Management, a US-based IT systems business serving financial advisors, said it has enhanced its customer relationship management service with a tool called Artesian CRM 3.0.

The new web-based system automates many of a financial advisor’s normal office functions. Artesian CRM 3.0 synchronizes client data with Geneos' back-office systems, and can export data to other applications, such as LaserApp or Microsoft Office, as well as importing data from any text file.

The Geneos CRM also has the ability to produce reports from the Albridge replicated database.

“The real beauty of Artesian CRM 3.0 is that it creates a 'one point of data entry' solution for a successful financial advisor’s demanding practice,” says Dean Rager, senior vice president for Geneos.

Artesian CRM 3.0 is the latest in a series of Geneos innovations. In October, the Denver-based firm rolled out Nexus 2.0, an open-architecture technology platform that automates many of the tasks associated with an independent financial advisor’s business, including account opening, compliance, and reporting.

“Our progressive technology solution can only be made possible by the right talent with years of experience in the Independent Broker/Dealer industry,” says Geneos president and CEO Russ Diachok. “I’d like to think that Geneos is building the best outsourcing solutions for the industry’s best advisors.”
