US Software Firm Supports Front Office Decision Making With Platform Upgrade

US-based software firm Archway Technology Partners has upgraded its flagship platform, ATWeb, to include capabilities supporting front office decision making.
ATWeb, which was first launched eight years ago, has evolved to become what Archway call a “comprehensive” middle and back office platform. Now the firm has turned its attention to portfolio composition and investor exposure analytics which support portfolio modelling, aggregation and target to actual reporting.
The first phase of front office decision support, released in May, included the “Crystal Ball” facility which provides a visual representation of nested ownership and look-through reporting. The second phase of development then added portfolio modelling and target to actual reporting, along with net worth statements and exposure reports.
"Phase three will then broaden the portfolio modelling tools to offer suggestions for rebalancing the portfolio based on the predetermined targets, thresholds established by managers and preferred investment vehicles, as defined by research professionals," said Brad Holifield, Archway’s director of product development.
These enhancements to ATWeb will, according to Archway, help to define a roadmap for registered investment advisor and family office reporting.
