Milwaukee-based financial services company, Marshall & Ilsley, have agreed to acquire FirstTrust Indiana from First Indiana Corp. Financial terms have not been disclosed, but Marshall & Ilsley said that FirstTrust Indiana's operations would be integrated into its wealth management unit. All FirstTrust Indiana's employees will join the company. Marshall & Ilsley’s wealth management unit provides trust, asset management, brokerage and private banking services and has almost $1 billion in assets under administration.
