US Investment Firm Brandes Instals New Reconciliation System

Brandes Investment Partners, the Californian based firm, has gone live with TLM Reconciliations as its enterprise-wide reconciliations platform.

Brandes manages equity and fixed income assets for institutional and private clients worldwide, with more than $117 billion in assets. The firm has deployed TLM Reconciliations to help manage its portfolios.

"With our large number of accounts, a comprehensive reconciliation solution represents high tangible value to our business,” said Walt Czerminski, head of information systems and technology, Brandes.

“We are able to automate booking of flow-through transactions back to our portfolio accounting application in a closed workflow loop. TLM capabilities have a direct and visible impact on our firm's operational efficiency," Mr Czerminski said.
