HedgeOp Compliance, a US firm that produces compliance software and consulting services for asset managers, has released its ComplianceTrak Adviser Platform, which is aimed at small and mid-size registered investment advisors as they come under increasingly heavy regulatory control.

"A critical aspect of any investment advisor’s business is the ability to comply with [US] Investment Adviser Act requirements, which continue to evolve as mandated by current market conditions," Bill Mulligan, chief executive of HedgeOp Compliance, said in a statement.
