US Brokerage Firm Goes Live With SunGard's WealthStation

JP Turner, the Georgia-based independent brokerage and investment banking firm, has gone live with SunGard’s WealthStation web-based solutions for active traders and investors. The firm is using WealthStation Trading as a broker workstation for financial advisors, and WealthStation Client Access for its clients to access account information and market data.

All of JP Turner’s offices, which number just over 180 in the US, will use WealthStation for trading mutual funds, equities and options. The system also integrates with SunGard’s Valdi order management system, which the firm also uses.

SunGard WealthStation’s trading and reporting capabilities are helping our advisors improve productivity and provide them with a comprehensive, real-time view of their business and individual client accounts. Its integration with the Valdi order management system and our back-office system also helps us streamline trade processing and deliver secure account look-up and other information to our clients,” said Tim McAfee, chief executive at JP Turner.
