Tax information exchange agreements have been signed between the US and Panama, and China and Bermuda, aiming to bring tax relations in line with the Organisation of Economic Co-operation and Development model.

The TIEAs will enter into force once all necessary legislative procedures, including ratification, have taken place in each of the jurisdictions.
