UK Private Bank Names MD For Isle Of Man

UK-based Duncan Lawrie Private Bank has named banking director Nigel Gautrey as managing director of its Isle of Man business.
Gautrey succeeds Alan Molloy, who is leaving the group after 18 years, but who will remain with the firm for a handover period.
Gautrey joined Duncan Lawrie Private Bank Isle of Man as head of banking in 2000 and is also a director of the bank’s fiduciary services company, Duncan Lawrie Offshore Services. Before joining Duncan Lawrie he worked for Lloyds TSB Offshore on the Isle of Man for five years.
“We are experiencing real growth on the island and Nigel takes the helm at a very exciting time. We are highly committed to our local and international client base and to expanding our services over the long term,” said Matthew Parden, managing director of Duncan Lawrie Private Bank.
Other developments at Duncan Lawrie over the past few months include the July appointment of Dina Henry as regional director for the southeast and Kent, while in June Jeff Durant was named as regional director for Bristol and the southwest.
In addition to its London headquarters and its Isle of Man arm, Duncan Lawrie has offices in Bristol, Kent and Kolkata, India.
