UK Private Bank Creates New Leadership Role For UK's South West

Lloyds TSB Private Banking has appointed Mark Campbell, a former Barclays manager, to the newly created role of head of high net worth business in the South West region of the UK.

Based in Bristol, Campbell has worked in the industry for more than 12 years and has worked in the city for over two years.

In his previous role, he spent seven years working for Barclays Wealth (as the wealth and investment arm of Barclays used to be known). At that firm, he led private banking teams in London and in Bristol, prior to which he held the post of investment manager. Before his career with Barclays, Campbell spent a number of years at Kleinwort Benson Private Bank.

“Mark’s appointment is a milestone for our Bristol office and reflects the group’s broader ambition to strategically invest in our private banking offer,” Mark Miles, UK high net worth director at Lloyds TSB Private Banking, said in a statement.
