National independent financial advisor group and employee benefits consultancy Punter Southall Financial Management, has appointed of Julia Whittle as business development director. She joins from Chase de Vere where she was in a similar role and a main board director prior to its sale to Bank of Ireland in 2000. At PSFM Ms Whittle will be responsible for revenue generation and marketing. Paul Johnston, managing director of Punter Southall Financial Management said in a statement: “we plan to make further appointment announcements shortly".
