The launch is in response to an increasingly complex set of demands that put a premium on using professional appointees.

London-headquartered Maurice Turnor Gardner, a specialist law firm, has established MTG Trust Company. This is a specialist trust corporation offering four professional appointments as attorney, executor, trustee and independent administrator. 
  
The law firm said it is rolling out the offering because estates, trusts and family wealth structures are becoming more complex, raising the need for added support from professional appointees.
  
MTG Trust Company will work alongside lawyers, accountants, private banks, family offices and trust companies where a trusted professional is required, the firm said late last week.  
   
Appointments may involve high-value multi-jurisdictional estates, trusts holding business or international assets, replacement trustee appointments, contentious estate administrations and other circumstances where continuity, independence and experienced judgment are especially important.
