UK Investment Network Builds Property Team

Hotbed, a private investor network which sources alternative investment opportunities for 500 members, has brought two new experts to its property division. Richard Pardoe, previously head of property at Royal London Asset Management, has been appointed as a consultant and Dominic Wright, previously associate partner at Dron & Wright, as investment director. At Royal London Asset Management, Mr Pardoe was responsible for institutional and private investment funds totalling £2.2 billion ($4.3 billion) and had a team of eight property professionals reporting to him. Prior to that, at Scottish Life Assurance he led deals for funds totalling more than £900 million. He has recently been working at the family-owned Buccleuch Property. Mr Wright was responsible for establishing the West End investment and development department at Dron & Wright; he will be based at Hotbed’s new office, also in London’s West End.
