The London-based family law firm Camilla Baldwin has hired solicitor Hazel McNaught to work across all segments of family and matrimonial law.

McNaught joins after five years with the family practice division of Stevens & Bolton. She specialises in private children law, financial proceedings, pre-nuptial agreements and divorce.

She has served a range of high net worth individuals, negotiating complex divorce settlements, handling matrimonial issues and agreeing maintenance proceedings.

“She has a wealth of experience across family law, in particular, divorces where one party is outside of the UK and financial proceedings – both areas in which we are seeing more and more cases,” said Camilla Baldwin.

McNaught is also a member of Resolution, a UK body that campaigns for improvements to the family justice system.
