Commercial property investment manager Protego Real Estate Investors has added to its London-based team by hiring Ray James, Jamie Pearson, Keshra Kabariya. Mr James joins as a specialist shopping centre asset manager, reporting to Protego’s head of asset management, James Salmon. He joins from The Mall, one of the UK’s largest shopping centre owner/operators, where he was responsible for managing four of its 23 malls. He will oversee the asset management of Protego’s seven shopping centres, which have a total value of £290 million ($550 million). Mr Pearson joins Protego as an investment analyst. He will report to Hugo Llewelyn, head of investment at Protego. Previously, he worked at Warner Estates as its first property analyst. Keshra Kabariya joins as business reporting manager.
