UK Boutique Investment Manager Adds To Business Development Team

London-based boutique firm Insynergy Investment Management has appointed Matthew Deeprose as business development director.
Mr Deeprose will work alongside Andy Gibb and Gavin Ward, who were also recently appointed business development directors, and will report to Spike Hughes, chief executive and founder of the firm.
Mr Deeprose joins Insynergy from Skandia Investment Group, where he was most recently head of UK retail business development. Prior to joining Skandia in 2003, Mr Deeprose worked within the intermediated and life assurance and investment markets, holding positions at NPI, Jupiter and AMP.
Mr Hughes said: “[Mr Deeprose’s] experience and energy will prove invaluable as we work to establish our brand presence and grow the business rapidly, which we are confident we can achieve despite tough market conditions.”
Insynergy Investment Management was launched to the UK retail funds marketplace in October 2008 and has an exclusive distribution partnership with Architas, the multi-manager investment company which is part of the AXA Group.
Insynergy’s first two funds are the Odey Fund, managed by Crispin Odey of Odey Asset Management, and the UK Shariah Growth fund, managed by Ian Lancaster of Gulf Finance House.
