Cardale Asset Management, the UK-based firm, has launched a financial planning division following its acquisition of Holistic Wealth Management, CityWire reports.

Under the deal, Holistic’s four-strong team of advisors has reportedly moved to Cardale, where it will offer services such as pension and inheritance tax planning, asset protection and tax-efficient long-term care for the elderly.

The team includes Anthony Hinds, who founded Holistic and joins as a financial planning director, Peter Bainbridge, who also joins as a financial planning director, and Hilary Tearle, a financial planning administrator, according to the report.

WealthBriefing could not reach Cardale for comment at the time of publication.
