UK Asset Manager Boutique Launches Long-Only Global Equity Fund

London-based Ardevora Asset Management is launching a new global equities fund, domiciled in Ireland.

London-headquartered Ardevora Asset Management is launching a long-only global equity fund to complement its existing product line.

The firm, which is founded by ex-Liontrust fund managers Jeremy Lang and William Pattisson, will be launching the fund as a complimentary addition to its Global Long-Short Fund, a spokesperson told this publication.

Details on the fund are still quite scarce, but the spokesperson revealed that the fund will be domiciled in Ireland and be handled by the same investment team in charge of the global long-short strategy. On average, the four fund managers have about 20 years experience with handling portfolios.

Ardevora was founded in January 2010 and has since then launched a range of UCITS funds, helping the firm reach £460 million ($614.70 million) in assets under management as of end October 2013.
