UK's Tenet Reshuffles Board

The Leeds-based financial advisor support group has made a handful of high-level changes.
Three long-serving employees have been promoted to the Tenet Limited board, while the regulatory director has stepped down from the Tenet Group board.
Joining the Tenet Limited board are head of business systems Martin Gartside as IT director; head of relationship management Steve Jones as advisor relationship director; and head of compliance Mark Thomas as compliance delivery director.
Meanwhile, Gill Davidson, group regulatory director, will be stepping down from Tenet Group’s board in mid-December. She will be succeeded by Mike O’Brien, who is currently group brands director. He will hand over his responsibilities to other board members.
“Mike brings a wealth of experience to the group regulatory director role which, together with the other board changes, means that Tenet Group is in great shape to take full advantage of all the opportunities that will naturally follow in the wake of so much regulatory and political change and uncertainty,” said Tenet Group’s chief executive, Martin Greenwood.
“These appointments will help take the business to the next level, where we shall continue to focus on providing quality financial advice that results in positive customer outcomes. I would like to thank Gill for her very positive contribution to Tenet over the past three and a half years and wish her every success for the future,” he added.
