UK's Legal & General Adds Trio Of Hires To Property Investment Arm

This publication brings latest news of moves and appointments in the global wealth management sector.

UK-based property fund manager, Legal and General Investment Management Real Assets, part of financial services conglomerate Legal & General, has made three hires in its research team.

Declan O’Brien has been hired as infrastructure strategist, Enrico Faccioli as research analyst and James Davies as property fund analyst, the firm said in a statement today.

O’Brien previously worked in the London and Madrid offices of Moody’s Investors Service as assistant vice president within project and infrastructure finance.  Faccioli is a recent graduate of Warwick Business School, where he received a master of science in finance.  Prior to LGIM, Davies worked for the Cushman & Wakefield corporate finance team.

According to Rob Martin, director of research, the hires demonstrate LGIM’s goal of expanding its services.

The company is the fourth largest institutional property fund manager in the UK, with £717 billion ($1.078.74 trillion) in assets, and 3,100 clients.
