UK's Cocoon Wealth Opens New Solar Energy Fund

Cocoon Wealth, a private investment specialist, has launched a new solar energy fund.

Cocoon Wealth, a private investment specialist headquartered in London, has launched a new solar energy fund.

The Cocoon Green Energy Solar Fund offers a flexible and low risk investment opportunity that focuses on mitigating inheritance tax and delivering an RPI linked return.

Investors in the fund may also benefit from Business Property Relief (BPR), which removes the investment from their estate for inheritance tax purposes after 2 years.

No initial fees or charges are deducted from the investment. The fund aims to generate returns through the creation of businesses that will construct and operate solar plants across the UK.

“The Cocoon Green Energy Solar Fund is an effective way for investors to reduce or eliminate exposure to inheritance tax and earn an inflation proofed return through the investment in solar assets. With no initial fees, investors can be confident all the money they invest will be working hard for them straight away,” said Glen Stewart, partner at Cocoon Wealth.

Cocoon has private investment holdings of over £170 million, a ($272.7 million) according to its website.
