UBS has continued its push into the Australian market, opening a new regional wealth management office in the country's fastest growing major city, Brisbane. The office will be headed by Michael Tritton, a veteran of the bank's London-based Australian equities desk who has returned to his native home for the new role. Brisbane is the capital of the state of Queensland, a state which continues to attract a large number of wealthy retirees.
