UBS Canada hires new investment developer

Bank lauds Vaughan's leadership skills, client-centric focus. UBS has hired Terry Vaughan to head its investment-product development efforts in Canada. He comes to Toronto-based UBS Bank Canada (UBSBC) from Toron Capital Markets, where he was a partner.

“Terry brings with him strong leadership skills, a client-centric focus and a dynamic investment style,” says Grant Rasmussen, president and CEO of UBSBC. “He will be enhancing our product shelf with innovative solutions while leveraging the global strength of UBS.”

Vaughan is an engineer by training.

Zurich-based UBS has been in Canada since 1951. It has offices in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. –FWR
