UBS Wealth Management in the UK has broadened its existing service by launching a new mortgage product, UBS Property Financing. Developed, the firm says, following extensive client research, it will be available for clients where they are seeking to borrow anything from £500,000 ($1 million) upwards. Features include the ability to draw on the loan in most major currencies and to fix for any period of time required from one to five years. The facility can be extended not only to individuals but also via trusts, special purpose company structures and so on. There is no pricing differential between residential and buy to let.
