Florida-based marketing and consulting firm Platinum Advisor Strategies has partnered with coaching and consulting firm Focus Partners to help financial advisors improve their marketing, staffing, business operations and client service efforts.

The Platinum Elite Coaching Program was rolled out on December 5 and aims to provide financial advisors with strategies for driving revenue, streamlining operations, and increasing business development capability, the firms said in a joint statement.

Platinum Advisor Strategies was launched in 2009 and has 1,020 advisors. The firm provides clients with a number of services to attract and retain high net worth clients including client appreciation events, market updates, websites and social media tools, among others.

New Jersey-based Focus Partners trains advisors and financial service firms through coaching, peer learning forums and professional education workshops.
