Trust Corporation International, a specialist trust company, has welcomed Andrew Walters to its senior management team.

Channel Islands-based Trust Corporation International has hired Andrew Walters as an executive director.

Walters, an English solicitor and barrister, was called to the Guernsey Bar in 2008. He previously worked as a corporate lawyer at Hogan Lovells in London and as a partner at offshore law firm Mourant Ozannes.

Walters joins the firm to enhance its corporate and institutional fiduciary offering and client base.

“Andrew’s appointment is an indication of our continuing growth and intent to hire senior professionals with exceptional levels of expertise,” said Trust Corporation International's chairman, Michael Betley.

“His considerable experience advising clients on legal and regulatory issues and his detailed knowledge of complex corporate and fiduciary structures will further strengthen our existing management team.”

Trust Corporation International provides offshore financial arrangements for private families and corporate clients, with a focus on tax planning, estate and successions arrangements and asset administration.
