The Private Client Reserve Promotes Florida Market Leader

The Private Client Reserve of Minneapolis, MN-based US Bank has promoted Sandra Fleming to the role of Florida market leader, responsible for the Palm Beach and Naples offices.
The Private Client Reserve is US Bank's unit which tagets high net worth clients with over $1 million in investible assets.
Fleming will lead a team of wealth management professionals providing investment management, private banking, trust and estate services and financial planning to clients in Southern Florida. She over 25 years of experience in the wealth management industry, having most recently served as region president and portfolio manager at Wilmington Trust Florida.
In other recent developments, last week Mary Martuscelli was appointed west region president for itsPCR, based in Phoenix, AZ. Martuscelli is responsible for growing and managing all aspects of the PCR's business in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Colorado.
In a related move, at the end of August the bank took on Helen Zhou - latterly of Wells Fargo - as managing director of private banking of its PCR in San Francisco, CA. Zhou will oversee specialized lending and depository services for clients, for both their personal and professional accounts. She is also in charge of leading and expanding the private banking team and client base in San Francisco, Palo Alto and San Jose.
