BigFoot Investments, which provides turnkey investments strategy software for financial advisors, has launched a cloud-based investment strategy process module platform.

The new investment strategy service streamlines trading processes, data delivery, and client correspondence for RIAs and registered reps via PCs, tablets and smartphones, the Fort Worth, TX-based firm said yesterday.

The model identifies “top investment strategies” and appropriate position allocation weightings, according to BigFoot. It also updates advisors to buy and sell signals through text messages and email alerts.

The investment platform, which originated as an in-house system, uses a series of proprietary mathematical tests that puts just under 10,000 stocks through a “rigorous, multi-factor model taking into account growth, profitability, financial condition and momentum,” the firm says. This process then goes on to determine a monthly list of 25 “high probability of success” stocks, which BigFoot recommends for investment.

The information provided to advisors includes appropriate position sizing and timing of buy/sell signals based on an advisor’s proprietary risk recognition and allocation systems, the firm says. Alerts can be accessed by logging on or sent automatically to an advisor.
