Temenos Presses Ahead With Front-Office System Push With Second Dual Implementation

EFG Private Bank Luxembourg has gone live with Triple'A Plus, the portfolio management platform provided by Temenos, the Swiss financial services technology firm.

The implementation of the new system – which handles client data management, portfolio management, modelling and monitoring, performance analysis and client reporting – took six months. The bank was already using Temenos' core banking software T24 and it is now the second client of the technology firm to opt for both the core banking and private banking front-office products.

Off the back of these two dual implementations, Temenos has developed a standard T24-Triple'A Plus interface connecting the latter’s front and middle-office functionality with the back-office processing capabilities of T24. The interface provides data synchronisation between the two systems with the ability to restrict synchronisation to a subset of T24 customers. Orders initiated in Triple'A Plus are published to T24 online, and related transaction data received back into Triple'A Plus without the need for manual intervention, the firm said.

Triple'A Plus became part of Temenos’ product range through the firm’s October 2010 acquisition of Odyssey Financial Technologies.
