Tech Start-up Fund Names Chief Operating Officer

This publication brings more news of moves and hires in the global wealth management sector.

Force Over Mass Capital, the specialist technology start-up fund recently profiled by this publication, has appointed Filip Coen as its chief operating officer. The appointment takes effect immediately.

Coen joins from JP Morgan, where he most recently focused on debt solutions within the markets division of the investment bank.

During his 15-year career, his experience has entailed credit solutions, derivatives and operational processing. Graduating from Belgian Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 2000 with an MA in business economics, having majored in finance, Coen continued his education at London Business School.

WealthBriefing recently interviewed Martijn de Wever, chief executive of Force Over Mass Capital, here.

Aimed at high net worth investors, the firm’s fund is targeting a return of 5-10 times-plus with a five- to seven-year investment horizon.
