Taylor Wessing Adds Partner To Private Client Team

The international law firm has made a lateral partner hire to its London-based private client team.
Taylor Wessing has boosted its partnership with the hire of Emma Jordan within its private client practice.
Jordan joins as head of contentious trusts from Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co, where she was a contentious trusts and litigation partner. She will be based in London.
An English barrister and a Jersey advocate, Jordan specialises in contentious trusts work, with a focus on advising trustees and high net worth individuals on a range of trust issues in litigation. She also advises on civil fraud work, asset tracing and recovery within the context of offshore trusts and structures, and helps clients with alternative dispute resolution strategies, including mediation.
“Emma is well known by the industry for her first class contentious trust work and this is reflected in her taking on lead roles on some very significant cases over the last few years. She is a great addition to the team and her skill set will add a new dimension to our contentious capability,” said Andrew Hine, head of the firm's private client team.
The private client team is part of Taylor Wessing’s international private wealth group, which serves high net worth families and family offices who require multi-jurisdictional advice on their wealth structures, international tax planning, commercial and real estate investments, reputation management and immigration issues.
