Swiss Wealth Manager Rebrands As LeoVest Partners AG

The rebranded business, which operates in areas such as wealth planning, succession planning and complex financing, has offics in Switzerland, the UK, Germany and other western European nations.
Green Wealth Partners AG, a Zurich-based wealth manager, has
rebranded and reorganised under the name of LeoVest Partners
AG, wrapping up a move that started in late 2023.
Licensed by
Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), LeoVest
Partners manages about SFr1.3 billion ($1.47 billion) in client
assets and employs 20 staff. Besides Zurich, it also has an
office in Geneva.
LeoVest says that it “integrates its relationship managers into
the circle of co-owners,” with the partnership aiming to
simplify wealth management. It operates under the slogan of
“Wealth Management simplified."
When Green Wealth Partners AG was bought late in 2023, the
brand "LeoVest" brand was launched. The new partnership consists
of 11 partners who made “significant equity investments” to
enhance, recapitalise the firm, and modernise
the existing infrastructure, a statement from LeoVest said
last week.
Stephan Matti is the new CEO of LeoVest and Martin Berweger is
the new chairman. Claus Dorfner is the outgoing CEO of Green
Wealth Partners AG.
“This combination, along with a value-driven partnership and
modern infrastructure, makes us one of the fastest-growing
external asset managers in Switzerland," Matti said.
The firm, which operates in areas such as wealth planning,
succession planning, and complex financing, concentrates on
clients from Switzerland, the UK, Germany, and other western
European countries.
LeoVest is also a member of the Swiss Association of Asset
Managers.
