SunTrust Bank has appointed Deborah Minnick as president and private wealth managing director for Collier County, FL, according to local media.

Minnick is based in the Pelican Bay office from where she oversees SunTrust’s private wealth management client advisors throughout the Naples and Bonita Springs markets, according to Naples News.

She has been at the firm since December 2011, joining after 16 years working with high net worth clients in the Collier and Lee counties.

SunTrust Bank is the principal subsidiary of the financial services holding company SunTrust Banks. Its retail activities are concentrated in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.

The firm had not responded to a request for confirmation by the time of publication.
