Last week WealthBriefing’s Poll of the Week asked the question “Do women make better relationship managers than men?” Of those who responded to the poll, 31 per cent thought that women do, indeed, make better relationship managers than men. But 46 per cent of poll respondents disagreed with the proposition. The remaining 23 per cent voted that they thought that gender makes no difference. Industry commentators (of both sexes) contacted by WealthBriefing were, for once unanimous, in their reaction to the poll’s result.
