State Street Global Advisors, the international financial advisory firm, has hired a capital markets head for one of its businesses in Hong Kong.

Jacqueline Pang is now head of capital markets for Standard & Poor's deposity receipt exchange-traded funds, a family of ETFs that provide investors the ability to select investments that are best aligned with their investment goals. SPDR funds are traded in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Before joining SSgA, Pang was the capital markets head at Amundi Investment Solution, where she led the development of ETFs covering brokers and market makers in Europe.

In her new capacity, she will oversee and drive the firm's ETF funds global capital markets group across the Asia-Pacific region.

State Street Global Advisors is the investment management arm of State Street Corporation. In Asia, it operates out of Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.
