Societe Generale's Securities Arm Launches Luxembourg-Based Fund Hub

The securities services arm of the French banking group has rolled out a fund distribution hub for firms aiming to distribute UCITS and alternative investment funds.

Societe Generale Securities Services, part of Societe Generale, says it has launched a fund distribution hub in Luxembourg to support asset management companies seeking to distribute UCITS and alternative investment funds internationally.

As a result of the new offering, asset managers can access local and cross-border networks in Europe and Asia through one single fund distribution interface, the bank said.

SGSS provides clearing and custody, depository, asset servicing and fund administration services, as well as securities lending and borrowing, fund distribution and issuer services.
