SocGen's Securities Services Arm Selects Platform For New Wealth Management Offering

The securities services business of French banking group Société Générale has chosen the Figaro software for its new solution for wealth and investment managers.
Société Générale Securities Services has teamed up with JHC, an IT solutions provider to investment managers and stockbrokers, for its new wealth management outsourcing offering.
SGSS first revealed it had developed a “real front-to-back” office wealth management solution in partnership with JHC back in September. In a new statement, SGSS said it had chosen JHC’s platform Figaro for the service.
Figaro will provide the business with a fully integrated front-to-back solution with new features to support the service, including multi-asset order management integrated with SGSS’s internal trading system and automated anti money laundering and credit rating checks for improved client on-boarding.
“Using a proven and respected system such as Figaro for our wealth management business made perfect sense. JHC are uniquely positioned to support SGSS’s objective to help our clients grow through adapting their operations to cope with scale, operating risk and regulatory changes,” said SGSS's head of sales, business development and relationship management UK, Michael Le Garignon.
“The implementation of Figaro has been very smooth, enabling us to fully focus on new initiatives and business development, in the secure knowledge that we have the right technology solution and partner in place.”
