The accountancy, investment management and tax group has made a senior hire from Deloitte in Bristol.

Smith & Williamson has strengthened its transaction services team in Bristol with the addition of Marcus Graham as an associate director.

The firm’s transaction services team helps clients make investment decisions by highlighting key deal issues, negotiation points and value drivers in corporate transactions.  

Graham, who joins from Deloitte, will focus on due diligence, business valuations, business planning and raising debt finance. He has over 10 years of experience advising business owners, boards, investors and financial institutions on all aspects of company transactions.
