Dominique Sinyard Smith has joined Fairfield, Connecticut-based Foundation Source as vice president and partner for marketing.

In her new role Smith will head up co-ordination of partnerships with wealth management and asset management firms, Fund Fire reported. Smith previously was a consultant with the Wachovia Nonprofit and Philanthropic Services division of Wells Fargo. Prior to that job, she had been a relationship manager in the Wachovia Wealth Management private banking business.

Foundation Source is an outsourcing firm for private foundations that works closely with families, wealth and investment managers, attorneys and accountants.
