Signia Wealth, the UK-headquartered wealth management boutique, has appointed Michael Rosenthal as head of hedge fund investment.

Rosenthal joins Signia from Amundi Asset Management, where he was global co-head of hedge fund investment and head of the firm’s London office.

Since its launch, Signia has grown its business by focusing on ultra high net worth individuals with a preference for direct investments. This has allowed the firm to reach over £2 billion (around $3 billion) in assets under supervision, as of 31 May 2013.
